Please review your order carefully before submitting, as RandomGoodies may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

If you are a consumer within the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in our Refund Policy, which cannot be excluded by these Terms.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
However, if you are an EU/EEA consumer, the risk passes to you only when you or a person indicated by you (other than the carrier) has physically received the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
