Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights (including any mandatory rights under EU/EEA law).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are entitled to handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; we may deduct any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Where applicable, the cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective/wrong item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). For hygiene reasons, goods sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Downloadable/digital content not supplied on a tangible medium cannot be returned once delivery has begun with your prior express consent. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. (This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that may apply.)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at contact.randomgoodies@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us (if any), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. We may make a deduction for any loss in value of any goods, if the loss results from unnecessary handling by you.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise stated, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Return Deadline: You must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. Please include your order number inside the package.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
