Processing Times
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.
If we are unable to fulfil your order within 30 days of purchase (unless you agree to a longer period), you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Shipping Times
Domestic Shipping (within EU): Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 14-31 business days. Delivery may vary depending on customs clearance and the destination country.

Because our products are shipped directly from international suppliers, delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance, logistics delays, or peak periods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving delivery-related issues where possible.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 45 days. If your order has not arrived within this period, please contact us so we can provide an appropriate solution.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking confirmation for tracking information to become active.
