RandomGoodies was founded in 2025 with a simple idea: the internet is full of viral products, but not full of shops that are truly honest, transparent, and customer-focused.

We noticed the same issues over and over again: products that looked amazing on social media but turned out to be disappointing, webshops that didn’t keep their promises, unclear delivery times, poor communication, and very little sense of reliability. That could, and had to, be better.

When we started experimenting with popular gadgets, lifestyle items, and unique finds, we quickly realized that many of these products either didn’t work as advertised or were sold by shops offering zero transparency.
So we decided to do things differently.

How We Work
Before a product appears on our website, we follow a simple but strict process:
- We order every product ourselves directly from the supplier.
- Every item is tested by us before it goes online.
- If it doesn’t work, isn’t safe, or doesn’t live up to its promise, it simply won’t be added to our shop.

This means we know exactly what the quality is like, how the product is packaged, and what the delivery time truly is, because we’ve experienced it ourselves.
As a result, we don’t always know in advance how long a product will remain in our assortment; we only offer items we genuinely stand behind.

Can we always guarantee the exact delivery time? No.

But we base our information on the supplier’s estimates and on the delivery time we personally experienced when ordering the product ourselves. This keeps things as honest and clear as possible.

Use of AI
We also want to be open about the fact that we use AI tools while developing our webshop, product pages, and advertisements. AI supports us in:

- explaining features and benefits more clearly

But: every piece of content is reviewed, rewritten, and based on our own experience with the products.
